Carotte started in 1982 and is today a catering and restaurant company with over 50 employees, six in-house restaurants and a large catering kitchen on Tegeluddsvägen in Stockholm, as well as its own food truck. The highest demands are placed on all raw materials and an investment in locally produced and using products that have their natural season.
